History
St Shantal School, Kowdiar was started in 1983. Our school is owned and managed by the sisters, Daughters of Saint Francis De Sales (D S F S). St Shantal School uniquely stands for the highest standards and quality in the pursuit of knowledge and its concretization.
It promotes academic excellence through experiential learning which considers the individual learning process. St Shantal school tries to inculcate in every child, harmonious human relationship and create a sense of social belonging.
It also designs the learner’s aptitude and promotes ‘work culture’ in perfect freedom and cordiality.
ACADEMICS
Our academic program challenges and inspire students to discover their passion and realise their potential. The experiential learning process
we follow enable them to learn by doing and to reflect on the experiences by engaging students in hands – on experience and reflection, they are better able to connect theories and knowledge learnt in the classroom to real world situations.
Through this they gain a broader view of the world and an appreciation of community, in addition to self-confidence and leadership and ultimately academic excellence.
